2. 3 Snatch balance @30-40%

B. Every 45s x 12:
1 Low Hang Snatch + 1 Snatch

C. EMOM 12:
1. 10 Back Squat @ 55-65% 1RM Back Squat
2. 3-6 Wall Walks (Open standard)

D. AMRAP 3 minutes, 1 minute Rest x 3:
21 Overhead squat @ 43/30kg
15 DB Box step up @22.5 / 15kg to 60/50cm
9 Overhead squat
In remaining time: Max burpee box jumps @60/50cm
