C. EMOM 12:
1. 5 Back Squat @75-80%
2. 2-5 Wall Walks (Open standard)

D. AMRAP 3 minutes, 1 minute rest x 4 (16 minutes)
2 rounds:
8 DB Box step up @ 1 x 22.5/15kg to 60/50cm
8 Box jump @60/50cm
Then in remaining time
Max reps Power snatch @35/25kg*
